There are many ways to expand a new business into a large business. Business growth strategies are numerous. It depends on the method you knows very well that will help you to grow your business. This post is very important especially to newly established business enterprise who would like to expand into a large market. It's also essential to young entrepreneurs who are still trying to figure out how to start and grow up their dream business. Business development does not compulsorily require money. This means that you can expand your business with or without money.
 However, there are certain things I want to talk about before we proceed on how you can actually expand your business from the scratch. When I say "from the scratch" I mean " from level 1" . Now, let's face the whole thing.

 What Is Business Growth ??


Business growth is seen as a measure of determining the progress of an enterprise. A  business is an establishment, it's always Like a seed. You planted the business at a point,you nurtured it from day one, it started growing just like a tree. Business growth and business expansion are only related but are not the same. A business will not expand without growing. There are three stages in the life of every business . These stages are;

1. The early stage.
2. Development stage.
3. Expansion stage.
 
 At the early stage of a new business, it's possible you take it to new level without money and you will see it growing into the market. All business grows, develops and expands gradually. You don't need to put all your money into the business so that it can grow and develop. However, you have to work hard on the following areas ;

1. You need to work hard and be friendly.
2. Monitor your sales and transactions.
3. Keep your transaction records.
4. Attend to your customers.
5. Be diplomatic and apply it in your business arrangement and administration.
6. Study basic business ethics.

  We are still talking about business growth and development. Why do you need to see it growing or developing ? Every business enterprise grows first before it experiences development and then expansion. And when this happens, all dimensions of the business takes a new look. 
Now, let's face business development.
What is business development.??
At a certain stage of any business, it will begin to experience development. This is normal for a well nurtured or healthy business organization. How do you know that your business is developing? There are many ways to determine when your business is developing or not. For example, you generate more revenue than before, customers keep queueing up to buy your goods or services and you as the owner, you become very busy, trying to cope up with the activities in shop and so much of them. 
How do you achieve this business development ??
In order help or make your business develop into a large enterprise, you need to have a good knowledge of your business location. Study the environment and know the kind and status of the people in it. In summary of this, you have to know the following;

1. The kind and status of the people in your business location.
2. The population density.
3. What and what they need.
4. How do they need them.
5. The Demand rate.
6. Know your competitors and how they operate.

Now, your business has entered into a different phase. Yes! The reason why you have to be aware of those business features above is that it will help you in the process. This is because, business development is triggered by lots of things. 

At First, knowing the kind and status of people within your business locality will help you to know the type of goods to introduce into your business. This is certainly right because you need to add more goods and services to the already existing ones to help the business gain more momentum. In addition, you cannot introduce high cost goods and services into your business when you knows that the people living in that area cannot afford to buy them.
Secondly, you have to know the the number of People living around you. This will help you to know your chances of getting a significant number of customers. Having a huge population density in your business location will definitely increase your sales because in a locality where 1000 people are living, you happen to establish a business at that place, it's possible that out of 1000 people, up to 500 will be interested.
At the third note, you have to study the pressing needs of the people in descending order and choose from them. Business growth and development as we said earlier involves many methods put together to ensure the progress of the enterprise. In addition, you have to know how they needs those goods and services so that you will deliver your services in an enlightened manner. Any business that fails to add value in the way they render their services are considered as not been ready to attract customers.
In addition to the point above, you have to know the demand rate of every goods and services your business has. The quantity and quality will depend on request or demand rate so that you have them sold off as soon as possible. Buying more than demanded will leave your business with old stocks and make your business to experience loss. 
Moreover, before I move into business expansion in details, you need to know your competitors in the market, study their strategy, and decide on the value you have to add to the way you handle your business in order to stand out and attain the right business development you need.
 Now, let's go into business expansion in full.
A business entity becomes successful when it has grown, undergone development and have started to expand just like a tree grows branches. Every business is entitled to expand if it is backed up successfully. Backing up a business means knowing the right step to take at every stage of the business and adding the appropriate Business ethics required at every point.
In order to expand your business and make the great deals you needed, a lot of factors are put together to actualise this success. It will not be easy and it will never be when trying to expand little business entity into a large enterprise but you have to do it because your business deserves it. Without forgetting the fundamentals or basic business ethics,
Those Factors Are:


1. Try and establish branches in different locations.
2. Ensure a guaranteed and trusted customer care service.
3. Add more goods and services to the business.
4. Create more sales and payment gateway.
5. Create adverts.
6. Engage in value addition.
7. Get more reasonable employees.
And lots more.


  These measures listed above will expand any business to a great height. When you talk about establishing new outlets, it's also advisable to make business feasibility research to know weather that place is quite convenient for such business to grow. When you are done with this, and everything tests positive, then you can go ahead and begin your new branch arrangements. The new outlets or the new business branches will help to boost the customer awareness and the business name without advertisement. It will also increase the overall revenue occurring in the business at the end of the month.
2. Any business undergoing expansion should never forget how they started. This is done by ensuring to maintain or improve customer care services. Treat each customer the way the person will like so that they will keep coming and you will keep selling.
3. You have to introduce new and more goods and services to the ones you already have. Selecting a particular good to add to the business directory should be proportional to the needs of that locality so that  you will not full your business with unwanted goods.
4. Whenever your offline business becomes successful, integrating another medium such as e-commerce website to make your business go online will boost your business popularity and promote it at the same time. Creating an e-commerce website for your business will also require that you integrated payment gateway into it. When this happens, your business will start receiving online payments and introduce goods and services delivery agents. Make sure you deliver as soon as possible according to schedule with the appropriate goods or services order. This will make your business to gain more trust.
5. Advertisement is a sure way to boost business popularity because it creates awareness and reach out to many people. This can be done on radio, television, newspaper, bill boards or by social networks.
6. Don't forget value addition. Every business that want to attract more customers should always look for a way of rendering their services in extra different ways to help them stand out from their competitors. You can do this by studying the way others are doing and adding extra value to their method for your own use. This will definitely make your own service to be different.
7. You need to work as a team. This is why you need to employ good, reasonable and capable hands to join you in the workforce. You cannot do it alone. Make sure to monitor them so that they carry out their services effectively and perfectly.

In conclusion, it's possible for every healthy business to grow. However, its always all about struggles not physically but more of the brain.
